Coaching Services Are Not Therapy

The Company offers two distinct categories of service, and it is important that you understand the difference.

Licensed clinical services. Idit Sharoni and the clinicians on our team are Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists in the State of Florida. Therapy services are provided only to clients located in Florida at the time of service, and only under a signed informed consent and treatment agreement with the individual clinician or the practice. Licensure information for each clinician is available on request. Nothing on this Website establishes a therapist-client relationship with Idit Sharoni or with any member of our team.

Coaching and educational programs. Our coaching programs, courses, memberships, retreats, and digital products, including but not limited to It's Okay to Stay and Ascend, are non-clinical educational and coaching services. They are available to participants worldwide. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or psychotherapy. Coaching does not involve diagnosis or treatment of any mental health condition, does not create a therapist-client or other clinical relationship, and is not covered by insurance. Participation in a coaching program does not make you a therapy client of Idit Sharoni or of any member of our team, regardless of whether the person delivering the service holds a clinical license in another context.

If at any point you need clinical care, we encourage you to seek a licensed provider in your own jurisdiction. We may decline to enroll or continue with a coaching participant when we believe clinical care is the more appropriate path.

No Professional-Client Relationship

Your use of this Website, including implementation of any suggestion set out on this Website and use of any resource available on this Website, does not create a professional-client relationship between you and the Company or any of its professionals.

The Company cannot accept you as a client unless and until we determine that there is a fit and various requirements, such as fee arrangements and any applicable consent documents, are resolved.
