Idit Sharoni LLC, DBA Relationship Experts ("Company," "we," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy governs your access to and use of www.iditsharoni.com, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through that site (the "Website"), whether you visit as a guest or as a registered user. It does not govern any other website we operate, and it does not govern the therapy services we provide to clients, which are addressed separately in our Notice of Privacy Practices and in the consent documents you receive when you become a client.

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully before you use the Website. By using the Website, you accept and agree to be bound by it. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Website.

Information We Collect

There are four places on this Website where you can give us information, and each one works differently.

Booking a consultation. Our scheduling is provided by Acuity Scheduling. When you book, you provide your name, email address, phone number, and any information requested in the booking form. Because booking a consultation with a licensed clinician is sensitive, we use a HIPAA-enabled Acuity account and have a Business Associate Agreement in place with the provider. Information you enter into the scheduling tool is held there under that agreement and is not used for marketing.

Contacting us through the contact form. Our contact form collects your name, email address, and the message you write, and delivers it to our email. Please keep messages general. Do not include detailed personal, medical, or mental health information in the form or in an email to us, for the reasons described under Security below.

Downloading a free guide. Our free guides and resources are delivered through Kajabi. When you request one, you provide your name and email address, and we record which resource you requested. If you consent, we will also add you to our email newsletter. You can withdraw that consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.

Purchasing an online course. This Website describes our online courses, but purchases are completed on Kajabi, a separate platform. When you click to buy, you leave this Website, and your account details and payment information are collected and processed by Kajabi and its payment processor. We never receive or store your full payment card details. We do receive your name, email address, and a record of what you purchased, which we use to give you access to the course, to provide customer support, and to send you messages about the product you bought. Kajabi's own privacy policy governs the checkout, and we encourage you to read it.

Our online courses are educational and coaching products. They are not therapy, and purchasing one does not make you a therapy client. See our Disclaimer for more on this distinction.

We keep clinical and non-clinical information separate. Information collected when you book a consultation is not merged into our marketing or customer lists, and information collected through a guide download or a course purchase is not added to any clinical record.

Information collected automatically. As you browse, we and our service providers collect technical information including your IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring pages, the pages you view, and the time and duration of your visit. Some of this information is personal data under certain laws even though it does not include your name.

Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising

This Website uses cookies and similar technologies. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site, and Google Ads conversion tracking to measure the performance of our advertising.

We do not use advertising features that would allow a third party to associate you personally with an inquiry about therapy or with a specific relationship or mental health topic. We do not upload our email lists to advertising platforms.

You can set your browser to refuse cookies. Some parts of the Website may not function properly if you do.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you give us to respond to your inquiry, to schedule and confirm consultations, to deliver the resource you requested, to send our newsletter if you have consented to receive it, to operate and improve the Website, and to comply with legal obligations.

We do not use information collected through the scheduling tool or the contact form to send you marketing.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising purposes.

We share information with service providers who help us operate, and only to the extent they need it to perform that function. These currently include our scheduling provider, our email and course platform, our website platform, and our analytics and advertising providers. Our scheduling provider operates under a Business Associate Agreement.

We may also disclose information when we are legally compelled to do so, when necessary to establish or defend legal claims, or to a successor in interest in the event of a merger, sale, or transfer of the business. If a transfer of that kind occurs, we will handle any information subject to a Business Associate Agreement in accordance with that agreement.

Security

We use commercially reasonable measures to protect the information you provide, including encryption in transit and working only with reputable vendors.

Email and web forms are not secure channels. Please do not send us detailed personal, medical, or mental health information through the contact form or by email. If you are an existing client, use the secure channel provided to you. If you are not yet a client and need to share sensitive details, book a consultation or contact us to arrange a secure method.

If You Are in Crisis

This Website is not monitored for emergencies, and we cannot respond to urgent messages. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, or if you or someone else is in immediate danger, call or text 988 in the United States to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, or call 911. If you are outside the United States, contact your local emergency number or crisis service.

Email and Your Choices

We do not sell, rent, or lease our email lists. Every marketing email we send identifies us clearly and includes an unsubscribe link. You may unsubscribe at any time, or email support@iditsharoni.com and ask us to remove you.

Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop transactional messages, such as an appointment confirmation or reminder for a consultation you booked.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep information for as long as it remains useful for the purpose we collected it and for as long as the law requires us to keep it. We do not operate a fixed deletion schedule for general website inquiries.

Scheduling and clinical records. Records relating to clinical services are retained in accordance with Florida law, which requires a full record of services to be maintained for seven years after the date of last contact, or longer where another rule applies.

Contact form messages. Messages you send through the contact form are delivered to our email and may be retained indefinitely as ordinary business correspondence. If you would like a message you sent us deleted, email support@iditsharoni.com and we will delete it, unless we are required to keep it.

Marketing list. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we keep your name and email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. After you unsubscribe, we retain a minimal record of your email address so that our systems do not contact you again. That record is used for no other purpose.

Purchase records. Records of course purchases, including your name, email address, and what you bought, are retained by us and by Kajabi for as long as you have access to the product and afterward as business and tax records, typically for seven years.

Analytics data. Information collected through Google Analytics is retained for the limited period configured in that platform and is deleted automatically after it.

You may ask us at any time to delete personal information we hold about you. See Your Rights below.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we process it, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to withdraw consent you previously gave. Where consumer health data laws apply, you may also have the right to withdraw consent to the collection and sharing of health-related data and to have that data deleted.

To make a request, email support@iditsharoni.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.

Children Under 13

This Website is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with information, contact us at support@iditsharoni.com, and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We post any changes to this policy on this page and update the effective date below. If we make material changes to how we handle personal information, we will provide notice on the Website home page and, where we have your email address and the change affects you, by email.
